Live Auction Management Platform
UP MARKET is a SaaS multi-market platform that supports 11 different store types. One of its core store types is a Live Auction marketplace, designed to enable vendors to sell products through real-time bidding.
This project focuses on the vendor-side web application, where sellers can create, manage, and monitor live auctions. Vendors have full control over auction setup, bidding rules, live activity, and post-auction results, all within a responsive interface optimized for both web and mobile use.

The Goal:
The main objective was to design a powerful yet intuitive vendor experience that simplifies the complexity of managing live auctions. The platform needed to allow vendors to: Create and configure auctions easily Manage products, pricing, and bidding rules Monitor live bidding activity in real time Review detailed auction results and performance A strong focus was placed on usability, clarity, and responsiveness to ensure vendors can manage auctions efficiently from any device.

The Challenge:
Designing a live auction system introduced several UX challenges, especially on the vendor side. The interface had to support real-time data updates, countdown timers, bid history, minimum and auto-bid rules, and auction status changes without overwhelming the user. Another key challenge was organizing complex workflows—such as auction creation, scheduling, live monitoring, and result analysis—into a clear and logical structure that works seamlessly across both desktop and mobile screens.

The Result
The final solution delivered a responsive, scalable, and vendor-friendly auction management experience. Vendors were able to confidently create and manage auctions, track live bids in real time, and analyze results after auctions ended. The clear structure and real-time feedback improved vendor efficiency, reduced errors during auction setup, and strengthened UP MARKET’s position as a flexible and powerful SaaS platform for live auction marketplaces.
